There is no brand that is "best" for everyone. The most important thing is to find the shoe that fits your foot best. Different brands have different fits:

- Risport: Similar width in the heel as Edea C but wider over the toe base

To measure your foot correctly:

1. Stand on a piece of paper wearing the socks you use when skating

2. Trace your foot and measure the length from heel to longest toe

3. Measure the width at the widest part of the foot

We have a collaboration with seamstresses in the USA who sew dresses according to the customer's measurements and wishes. To order a custom-made dress:

1. Contact us to discuss design and materials

2. We will send you instructions for taking measurements

3. Choose a design from our range or describe your own design

4. We will send your order to our seamstresses

5. The delivery time is usually 4-8 weeks depending on the season

Our sportswear follows international sizes. To find the right size:

1. Measure chest width, waist width, and hip width

2. Compare with the size chart on the product page

3. For children, the age range is a guideline, but base it on the actual measurements

Normal delivery time for in-stock items is 2-4 working days within Sweden. For special orders such as custom-made Dresses, the delivery time is 4-8 weeks.

When ordering skates with assembly and sharpening, an additional 1-2 working days will be added.

Yes, we offer invoicing via Svea Ekonomi with a 14-day payment term. To pay by invoice, you must:

- Be over 18 years old

- Have a registered address in Sweden

- Undergo a credit check via Svea Ekonomi

For companies, we also offer business invoicing with a 30-day payment term.

To return an item, follow these steps:

1. Contact us via email or phone to notify about the return

2. Use the pre-printed return label that came with your shipment

3. Pack the item well and send it

4. When we have received and approved the return, we will refund the amount

Please note that you pay the return shipping cost yourself. For returns within Sweden, you can use the pre-printed return label that came with your shipment.

For weight up to 500 g (e.g., a dress or a pair of tights) the return shipping costs 79 SEK, for up to 2500 g (a pair of skates) 149 SEK.

The following items are not covered by the right of return:

- Skates where you have ordered assembly and sharpening

- Dresses that are custom-made

- Tights where the packaging has been opened

For other items, a 14-day return policy applies from the date you receive the item.

If you want to make a complaint about a product, contact us as soon as possible with the following information:

2. Description of the defect

3. Pictures showing the defect (if possible)
