Normal delivery time for in-stock items is 2-4 business days within Sweden. For special orders such as custom-made Dresses, the delivery time is 4-8 weeks.
Delivery times to the other Nordic countries:
- Finland: 3-5 business days
- Norway: 3-5 business days
- Denmark: 3-5 business days
When ordering skates with assembly and sharpening, an additional 1-2 business days will be added.
Shipping costs within Sweden:
- Orders under SEK 1,000: SEK 79
- Orders over SEK 1,000: Free shipping
Shipping costs to other Nordic countries:
- Finland: SEK 149
- Norway: SEK 149
- Denmark: SEK 149
Yes, we offer invoice payments through Svea Ekonomi with a 14-day payment period. To pay by invoice, you must:
- Be over 18 years old
- Have a registered address in Sweden
- Pass a credit check through Svea Ekonomi
For businesses, we also offer business invoices with a 30-day payment period.
We will assist you with your claim and offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the defect.
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Skates for which you ordered assembly and sharpening
- Dresses that are made to measure
- Tights with opened packaging
For all other items, a 14-day return policy applies from the date you received the item.
