Jackson Pro Support+ helps align the foot into the correct position in the skate boot, minimizing foot problems and maximizing performance on the ice. The insoles are adjustable and can be used in all skates. They are particularly suitable for overpronation and flat feet.
Just like Superfeet insoles, Jackson Pro Support lifts the foot in the arch, causing the toes to move back and creating more room for them.
The insoles follow Jackson’s sizing for white skates, so for black skates, order 3 sizes larger. For example, if you have black skates in size 7, order size 8.5.
If you are unsure which size to order, enter the skate model and size they should fit, and we will change it to the correct size if your selection is not right.

Normal delivery time for in-stock items is 2-4 business days within Sweden. For special orders such as custom-made Dresses, the delivery time is 4-8 weeks.
Delivery times to the other Nordic countries:
- Finland: 3-5 business days
- Norway: 3-5 business days
- Denmark: 3-5 business days
When ordering skates with assembly and sharpening, an additional 1-2 business days will be added.
Shipping costs within Sweden:
- Orders under SEK 1,000: SEK 79
- Orders over SEK 1,000: Free shipping
Shipping costs to other Nordic countries:
- Finland: SEK 149
- Norway: SEK 149
- Denmark: SEK 149
Yes, we offer invoice payments through Svea Ekonomi with a 14-day payment period. To pay by invoice, you must:
- Be over 18 years old
- Have a registered address in Sweden
- Pass a credit check through Svea Ekonomi
For businesses, we also offer business invoices with a 30-day payment period.
We will assist you with your claim and offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the defect.
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Skates for which you ordered assembly and sharpening
- Dresses that are made to measure
- Tights with opened packaging
For all other items, a 14-day return policy applies from the date you received the item.
